I'm a dental operations leader, national speaker, educator, and someone who genuinely loves helping dental practices and the people behind them succeed.

With more than 25 years of dental industry experience, I've learned that successful practices aren't built on perfect spreadsheets or fancy business plans alone.

In 2026, I was honored to be recognized as AADOM's Practice Manager of the Year for Multi-Location Practices.

While that recognition means a great deal to me, the most meaningful part of my career has always been watching the people and teams I've worked with grow into something extraordinary.
